When you place an order through tomi.pk, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including situations involving:

• Product unavailability.

• Suspicious or fraudulent orders.

• Incorrect customer information.

• Delivery limitations.

• Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery according to the applicable courier procedure.

Customers may be required to pay applicable delivery charges where the order does not qualify for free delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

6. Parcel Inspection Before Payment

For eligible single-product Cash on Delivery orders, TOMI Watches may allow customers to open and inspect the parcel before making payment, subject to the applicable courier procedure.

Customers should inspect the parcel carefully and report any visible issue to the courier representative immediately.

Parcel inspection does not automatically guarantee acceptance of a return, replacement, or refund. Any replacement remains subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners:

PostEx, Leopards Courier, and TCS.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, service availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number, city, and complete address.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

TOMI Watches does not offer monetary refunds for delivered orders.

Eligible products may be considered for replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

Replacement requests may require photographs, videos, order information, and inspection of the product.

Products showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or unauthorized repair may not qualify for replacement.

9. Warranty

Certain TOMI Watches products are covered by a 1-year machine warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty does not necessarily cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims may require inspection and verification by TOMI Watches.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on tomi.pk, including but not limited to:

• TOMI branding and logos

• Product photographs

• Website design

• Text and descriptions

• Graphics

• Videos

• Marketing materials

is owned by or used with permission by TOMI Watches and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
